NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 467 of the Local Government Act, that the Village of Harrison Hot Springs Council will consider first reading of “Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1208, 2024” during their Regular Council Meeting on June 3, 2024. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Council is prohibited from holding a Public Hearing for this Bylaw under Section 464(4) of the Local Government Act.


The purpose of the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1208, 2024 is to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 1115, 2017 to comply with Provincial Bill 44, Housing Statutes (Residential Development) Amend Act. This amendment will permit Coach Houses to be built in R-1 Zones.
