The Ministry of Transportation and Transit is undertaking asphalt resurfacing work beginning September 17, 2025, with anticipated completion by October 2025.
Phase 1: Milling and paving along Lillooet Avenue from Hot Springs Road to Rockwell Drive.
Phase 2: Once Phase 1 is complete, milling and paving will begin on Hot Springs Road from Esplanade Avenue to McPherson Road.
Parking and Traffic Impacts: Parking will be restricted along Lillooet Avenue (Hot Springs Road to Rockwell Drive) during paving operations. The full width of the roadway will be paved, requiring temporary parking closures. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to follow all posted traffic management signage, including no parking notices along Lillooet Avenue East.
