Community Update: Wildfire Activity Monitoring 

The Village of Harrison Hot Springs is aware of the ongoing wildfire activity in the region, including the wildfire currently listed as V11110 – Bear Creek on the BC Wildfire Service incident map. 

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, residents and visitors are encouraged to monitor the following official sources:

If the wildfire situation becomes a concern for residents or visitors within the Village, the Village will issue updates through the following channels:

• Alertable App, if a formal alert is issued: https://alertable.ca (If you’d like to be notified of events in the surrounding communities, please ensure that along with the Village of Harrison Hot Springs, you are signed up for alerts from the Fraser Valley Regional District, Agassiz, etc.)

The Village, in partnership with the Fire Chief and the Kent Harrison Joint Emergency Program Coordinator, continue to monitor the situation closely. There are no current impacts on residents of the Village.
