Pursuant to sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, Council of the Village of Harrison Hot Springs intends to lease its property located at the northwest corner of Chestnut Avenue and McCombs Drive in Harrison Hot Springs, PID: 002-137-968, legally described as Lot 233, Sec 13, Tp 4, Rg 29, W6M, NWD Plan 66844, to the Harrison Community Garden Society for a term of 10 years, and provide assistance in the form of granting the lease at less than market value, at an annual rental amount of $10.00. The property intended to be leased is shown outlined in blue on the map. Council will consider the lease at its April 7, 2025 Regular Council Meeting.
