Complainant information is kept confidential from the alleged offender, except where disclosure is necessary in a court of law, at which point the complainant may be required to give evidence as a witness and the complaint will become public information. Anonymous complaints will not be investigated. Personal information entered on this form is collected by the Village of Harrison Hot Springs under the authority of section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act RSBC 1996, c. 165.
