2026 General Local Election

General local elections are held every four (4) years on the third Saturday in October for the election of:

One (1) Mayor

Four (4) Councillors

Three (3) Agassiz-Harrison School Trustees

The next local government election is Saturday, October 17, 2026.

The Chief Election Officer and Deputy Chief Election Officers are appointed by Council and are responsible for conducting the election.

For the purposes of all elections and other voting, the Village of Harrison Hot Springs offers voting day registration only; a person may register as an elector only at the time of voting.
