Community Happenings:
Building Belonging: What We Heard & What’s Next
As part of the Village’s Building Belonging Project, working to co-create an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I.D.E.A.) Framework and Action Plan, community members shared what belonging means to them and how Village services and experiences can better support everyone who lives, works, and visits here. The What We Heard Report is now available and Survey 2 is live! We’re asking: Did we get it right? Is anything missing? Who else should we be hearing from? Your feedback will help shape the next phase: drafting the I.D.E.A. Framework and Action Plan.
