NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 467 of the Local Government Act that the Village of Harrison Hot Springs Council is prohibited from holding a public hearing pursuant to section 464(3) for “Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1243, 2026”.

PURPOSE OF THE BYLAW: Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1243, 2026 proposes to rezone 469 Naismith Avenue, legally described as Lot 1, Section 13, Township 4, Range 29, West of the Sixth Meridian New Westminster District Plan LMP51100 from R1 (Conventional Lot) to R2 (Duplex) for the purpose of allowing a coach house. 

DATE OF FIRST READING: First reading is intended to be given at the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Hall, 290 Esplanade Avenue, Harrison Hot Springs.

WHERE TO FIND THE BYLAW: The draft bylaw can be found online at the link below or inspected in person at the Village Office, 495 Hot Springs Road, Harrison Hot Springs, during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Village Office is closed Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6, 2026 in observance of Good Friday and Easter Monday.
