The Village is conducting a public sale of surplus items via sealed bid. Items available for purchase include, but are not limited to:
- Two pickup trucks
- Landscape supplies
- Equipment

Official bid forms are also available at the Village Office, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is closed on Monday, May 19, 2025 for the statutory holiday.
Important Dates:
- Thursday, May 22, 2025 – Appointments can be made to view items in person on this date at the Public Works Yard. Please contact the Village Office in advance to set up an appointment.
- Thursday, May 29, 2025, 12:00 noon – Deadline to submit a sealed bid. Late bids will not be accepted.
- Thursday, May 29, 2025, 1:30 p.m. – Sealed bids will be opened in Council Chambers at the Village Office. This is open to the public.
- Thursday, June 5, 2025, 4:30 p.m. – Deadline for successful bidders to remit payment and remove items.
