• Request to Appear as a Delegation

  Requests are to be submitted, in writing, to the Corporate Services Department.  Requests must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding a meeting. Requests received past the deadline will be considered for the next meeting.

  You may send your written request by email to [email protected] or you may mail it or drop it off at the Village Office.  All requests must be accompanied by the Request to appear as a delegation form found below containing background information, i.e. audio/visual requirements, on the issue you wish to address (detail your concerns and what action, if any, you are asking Council to take). Once your request has been received, you will be contacted by Corporate Administration to confirm that your request has been accepted and that you have been placed on the Council agenda.

  Please Note:  Each delegation is permitted a maximum of 10 minutes.  Please ensure your presentation accommodates the time allotted.
